8. USER SUBMISSIONS

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit all provided content.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MLW and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Pricing, subscription structures, included features, and delivery schedules may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

10. DIGITAL CONTENT WAIVER

By purchasing and accessing personalized digital content, you expressly:

• request immediate performance of the Service; and
  
  
• acknowledge that personalized digital content may begin delivery immediately after purchase.

11. REFUNDS

All MLW branding, logos, systems, prompts, workflows, fictional characters, narratives, generated content, designs, graphics, letters, and Service materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

Users may not engage in fraudulent payment disputes, abusive chargebacks, reward manipulation, or payment fraud.

recover losses, fees, or damages associated with fraudulent activity.

19. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
